It's why we all first came here, part of why we stay and critical to the local economy. Encouraging structured development of this resource is important for all our communities. Eliminating opportunities to enjoy all aspects of sport and leisure that our awesome location provides is something to be avoided. The current recreation plan, though useful in some ways, is hurtful in others. Careful watch must be maintained.

Kicking Horse TCH Closures (10/19/2022) - October 2022 BC Transportation Investment Corporation (TIC) is currently reporting that the TransCanada Highway (TCH) will be totally closed through the Kicking Horse Canyon until December 1st, 2022.
